Ambassador Sixtus Obinna Nwoke has carved a niche for himself in the continental space as a result of his emergence as the pioneer president of the then Pan African Youth Council in 2011. It later metamorphosed into Parliament in 2014 where he was elected as the pioneer Speaker/President of Independent Pan African Youth Parliament. He has displayed competence in areas of Human Resource Management, Peace and Conflict Resolution, Youth Leadership Engagement etc. He is a UN SDGS Ambassador with a proven record of Indigenous Methodologies of achieving Sustainable Development Goals.

He led the team that introduced education solutions programme in Nigeria. He has led several delegations of private school owners to international countries. As the Continental President of Independent Pan African Youth Parliament, Convener AFRICAN INDIGENOUS CENTRE FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS, Ambassador Sixtus originates ideas, initiates programmes that would espouse the core values of indigenous methodologies of achieving global goals.

Ambassador Sixtus Obinna Nwoke has served as a leader of the National Youth Council of Nigeria. He is a former appointee of the Presidency, having served as the National Coordinator of the Integrated Youth Economic Empowerment Programme. Additionally, he has held a position as a member of the African Traditional Royal Council, serving as secretary. With a certification in Nonviolence Practice from the University of Rhode Island, he brings a unique perspective to his roles. Presently, he holds the esteemed position of President at the Rotary Club of Owerri Cosmopolitan. He is a silent entrepreneur with interest in winery and essential commodities. He is the CEO Truce Community Radio and a Board member and Programme Director VERO-DOLPHUS BOY CHILD DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION.

Ambassador Sixtus Obinna Nwoke is a true Pan African. He loves his roots, hence he has several chieftaincy titles. He is married with children.
