Independent Pan African Youth Parliament (IPAYP) is an umbrella body for all civil society organizations in African countries aimed at the development and advancement of the African Youth agenda.
It is a civil society voice aligned to the Pan African Youth Parliament and the African Youth Commission
Our Vision
The Vision of IPAYP includes to advocate and lobby for the Africa of our dreams in global platforms, to harness and spearhead development of thinking on issues affecting youth on the continent and to harness resources and form partnerships for cooperation and development of the continent.
Our Mision
"Anything about the youth, without the youth, is not for the youth."
As a civil organisation, with the sole purpose to align discussions, thinking and deliberations in line with the African Youth Charter, we stand to represent the African youth on any platform where policies affecting the continent are convened.

Amb Nwoke Obinna Sixtus is a seasoned, vibrant and erudite Youth Activist who has demonstrated his passion for youth development and empowerment over the years through his various works and achievements. He is a certified nonviolence practitioner from the MLK center for Peace Studies and a shrewd Pan Africanist.
Najma Abdi Ahmed
Deputy Global President
Najma Abdi Ahmed is a Human Rights Activist and currently the Chairperson of Somalian Youth Leadership Forum. She has been an ardent believer for true reconciliation and good governance in Somalia.
Engr. Saleh Alhassan Kubah FIMC, ChMC

Engr. Saleh Alhassan Kubah has served as the Secretary General of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), an umbrella body of all Voluntary Youth Organizations in Nigeria. He currently serves as the National Secretary of Miyetti Allah, the largest umbrella body of Transhumance Pastoralists in Sub-Saharan Africa. He is also a non-violent Conflicts Reconciliation Practicioner trained by the Martin Luther Jnr Center for Non-violence, Atlanta Georgia, USA.
