With a proven track record of leadership, Engr. Saleh has led the development and implementation of comprehensive environmental management plans and policies, ensuring adherence to environmental laws and regulations governing water resource management and navigation activities.
As the Continental Director Government/Cooperate Agencies Liaison at the Independent Pan African Youth Parliament, Engr. Saleh will orchestrate initiatives that seek to harness the energy, creativity, and potential of the African youth demographic. By fostering collaboration and dialogue among stakeholders to create a common ground for youth development across the African continent. He understands the importance of engaging various sectors, including government, private agencies, and civil society organisations, to ensure that youth-centric policies are effectively implemented and sustained.
His leadership extends beyond professional realms, as evidenced by his significant roles in organizations such as Secretary General of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) the umbrella body of voluntary Youth organisations in Nigeria coordinating Youth activities with line Ministries and Development Agencies, Engr. Saleh also served as the Secretary General Miyetti Allah Allah Kautal Hore a Fulani Socio Cultural Association, being the largest pastoralist organisation in Sub-Saharan Africa, alongside he is the founder of the Centre for Sustainable Development in Africa. Through these endeavours, Engr. Saleh amplifies youth voices, advocates for their rights, and spearheads initiatives that promote socio-economic advancement and environmental sustainability.
Beyond his professional accolades, Engr. Saleh is an active member of various professional bodies, including being a Registered Member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), Member Nigerian Metallurgical Society (NMS), Member Amnesty International, Member Institute of Transport Administration, Member Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and a Certified Non-Violent Conflicts Reconciliation Practitioner trained at the Martin Luther King Jnr. Centre in Atlanta, USA.
As a life member of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) and a member of esteemed organizations like the Nigerian Metallurgical Society (NMS) and Amnesty International, Engr. Saleh's global impact is profound. His multifaceted engagements and unwavering dedication underscore his commitment to shaping a brighter future for youths in Africa and fostering sustainable development globally.

Engr. Saleh's academic journey is equally impressive, boasting of a Bachelors of Engineering degree in Metallurgy/Materials Engineering from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, a Master of Science degree in Environmental Resources Management, and another Master of Science degree in Procurement Management and currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Environmental Technology at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi, Engr. Saleh exemplifies scholarly dedication and a relentless pursuit of knowledge, positioning himself as a beacon of excellence and a pace setter.
His vision is to see young people being empowered to thrive, innovate, and contribute meaningfully to the society. Engr.
